I heard about Winona Chiropractic through a friend from class. I run track at Winona State and I was having a lot of trouble and pain in my right back. Once I started at Winona Chiropractic, I started feeling a lot better. They helped me to get custom inserts (orthotics) for my shoes that have really helped. I also notice better performance in the weight room, and I am sleeping better. Not only did Winona Chiropractic help my back to feel better, but they are all so friendly and helpful that each visit is a complete pleasure. They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments which is great with my busy schedule.
Our mother has been coming to Winona Chiropractic Center for some time and she brought us shortly after birth. Mary—I was having problems with spitting up after drinking my bottles. Just after my 1st visit, I was spitting up less on mommy. Maggie—I was stuffy and couldn’t breathe so good, and after seeing Dr. Dennis, I could breathe better through my nose which helped me to sleep better at night. After visiting we were both happier babies, which made mommy happier too!!
I was experiencing low back pain. My ambition has returned due to increased energy. For 10 plus years I had a catch in my back and now it is gone and I can do daily activities without pain. Piror to caming to Winona Chiropractic Center I would take Three (3) Aleve a day and especially before playing golf. Now thanks to Dr. Dennis and his staff I no longer need any Aleve. After having my first adjustment, that evening I was creaming my feet—I have neuropathy and Type 2 diabetes—and I was able to feel on the bottom of my feet. I could feel where I was putting on my cream—each part of my foot and toes. In the last 2 adjustments I noticed I could wiggle my toes and feel if they were up or down in my shoes! It has been 2 years since I could sense or have feeling in the bottom of my feet. If there is hope for me—there is hope for others. It’s great to have feeling where I once was numb!!

Recently, I had sharp pains on my lower left side. Dr. Dennis and his entire staff set up a plan to relieve my pain and prevent the same problems in the future.
