My chiropractor back home in Westerville, Ohio did some research and recommended Dr. Dennis. My chiropractic experience has been excellent! I have definitely benefited from coming 3 times a week. I have seen a great deal of progress and I’m feeling stronger and am not in as much pain. Not only am I using chiropractic care to eliminate pain, I am also using it to reduce the chance of problems later in life. Dr. Dennis and staff at Winona Chiropractic Center really work well together and do a great job of individualizing patients cares.
Since I started at Winona Chiropractic Center moving my arms is almost painfree. From not being able to walk 1/2 a block, I can now walk 1.5 miles or 1/2 hour on the treadmill at settings of #2 and #3. I am proud of it! The whole staff takes excellent care of your needs and is caring.

My step-daughter suggested coming here because she had a similar situation with a headache. I came in with a severe headache which is very uncommon. Many different pills didn’t help including migraine medications. I missed 3-1/2 days of work in 5 days. After my first adjustment, my co-workers even noticed the very next day how much better I felt. I have had continued improvement including having a better attitude. Pain can stem from elsewhere. My headache was gone with the first adjustment—chemical-free pain relief.
