I have been a frequent headache and migraine sufferer for about 15 years. I have seen a variety of different doctors and about 5 different chiropractors to try to relieve the headaches and neck and shoulder pain. Dr. Dennis, from the beginning, has explained the basics and the rationale for why chiropractic care counts. From the x-rays, scans, muscle testing, teaching and adjustments, I feel I have more knowledge about chiropractic care and its benefits than I ever have before. My headaches have decreased by 98% since I started at Winona Chiropractic Center about 7 months ago. I can sleep better, I can focus better, and my neck pain has significantly decreased. I am a firm believer that chiropractic care does help get your body and mind “back on track”. I especially like the extra explanation of why, how and when from Dr. Dennis and staff—like I said before, this is something I never got from other chiropractic care centers. I am very thankful for the care I have been receiving. I am now a lifelong member of chiropractic care, as I want to continue to live a healthy life!!
